Searching for one's own dead body will not reset the world. Rebirth somewhere else and then kill your body back. Your gear is still there-if you can get it. Search, repair and trade to collect zombie innards-the currency of the apocalyptic world, dropped by the undead. Repair damaged weapons and armor at the repair station.
