《生化危机4(Resident Evil 4)》是株式会社カプコン开发的一款角色扮演类游戏。在最新一代的《生化危机4》中，玩家将扮演《生化危机2》的男主角里恩，里恩在本代中已成为美国政府的顶尖探员，为了执行搜索美国总统女儿的任务，深入欧洲的某个村落，遭遇到整村的狂暴村民，而陷入苦战。《生化危机4》在系统方面，玩家角色的行动也更加的自由，并加入了新的行动按钮，除了原本以刀枪的攻击之外，还可以搭配包括跳跃、翻墙、掀梯、破窗、脚踢...等各种因应状况而生的行动，例如可以手枪射击敌人脚部，让敌人跪倒，再以脚踢的方式打败敌人，或者像是动作电影一般，施展翻墙破窗等矫健帅气的身手。
